Varun is a Managing Partner at Evernile, wherein he leads the firm’s Investment Banking practice - private and public market advisory and M&A across healthcare, financial Services, and manufacturing. He has executed 15+ transactions with cumulative deal value exceeding USD 600 million, spanning buy-side and sell-side M&A, minority and majority fundraises, and public-market readiness.
Prior to Evernile, he led roles at the Asian Development Bank and India’s National Health Authority helping shape world’s largest healthcare financing programme. He also led creation of a ~USD 350 million blended-finance facility supporting healthcare investments. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has been recognized as one of the UN SDG Goalkeepers by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for his contributions to healthcare, insurance and financing.

Abhinav Dasgupta is a Partner at Evernile, wherein he leads the firm’s Analytics and AI practice, building data-led and AI-enabled tools that strengthen Evernile’s Investment Banking capabilities across private and public market advisory and M&A. He brings 13+ years of experience across Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Prior to Evernile, he built and led the Growth Analytics charter at Myntra and managed enterprise-scale analytics engagements at Mu Sigma for several Fortune 500 companies across retail, energy, and technology. He holds an engineering degree and has led multiple high-impact analytical transformations across his career.
Dhritiman Mitra

Dhritiman is an Associate Partner at Evernile, where he leads the firm’s Consumer & Fintech coverage within Investment Banking—private and public markets advisory and M&A across consumer brands, commerce infrastructure, payments, and embedded finance. He has executed 10+ transactions with cumulative deal value exceeding USD 125 million, spanning buy-side and sell-side M&A, minority and majority fundraises, and public-market readiness.
As an operator turned banker, his decade of experience at Myntra and Kapiva gives him a practical edge in his investor lens, helping him assess sectors with clearer on-ground context. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
